We understand that the most effective, most well received, medical management programs are "Patient-Centric". Therefore, our programs focus on identification of patients who could benefit from the individualized attention and assistance of a professional Registered Nurse in controlling their health condition(s). Any patient with any health condition who is not currently utilizing “best practices medicine” would be a candidate for our program. Once identified as a potential candidate for A.I.M.M. services, the information available is screened by a case coordinator. The primary goal of this screener is to determine the likelihood that one of A.I.M.M.’s professional Registered Nurses could either improve the quality of health care the patient is receiving and/or decrease the cost of the health care the patient is receiving without compromising the quality of health care being provided. The cost of this screening is included in the A.I.M.M. administrative fee.
Our program is tailored to the uniqueness of not only each patient, but also each client. We will be as aggressive or as passive in our interventions as you choose. We will bring our expertise, information, and suggestions to you, but ultimately it is you who will decide how much of an investment you are able/willing to make and where you wish to deploy that investment.
